This limited-edition single-cask bottling is matured in two first-fill Sherry casks, imparting a wonderfully rounded palate and smoothness beyond its years. It’s presented at 46 % ABV and comes in a collectible 5 cl miniature.

• Appearance:
  Clear, rich yellow-gold in the glass.

• Nose:
  Wonderfully clean and inviting, with the sweetness of the grain underpinned by light oak and subtle cinnamon spice. 

• Palate:
  Beautifully rounded and remarkably smooth, it unfolds rich butterscotch and caramel flavours, gently supported by oak tannins and a whisper of cinnamon warmth. 

• Finish:
  Lingering sweet-grain character, with echoes of butterscotch and a delicate spice that fades gracefully.
