Named for one of the famed Three Colla brothers who once ruled ancient Ireland. UAIS (sounds like Oosh), is a whiskey that honours the past but moves in bold new directions. A triple blend which fuses three types of Irish whiskey in perfect harmony; 25% Pot Still, 25% Single Malt and 50% Grain whiskey. Then left to age in ex-bourbon & virgin oak casks.
With sustainability at the heart of Ahascragh Distillery, the bottle and paper label is made from 100% recycled materials, the stopper is made from sustainable wood and the seal is made from a biodegradable vegetable-based material.Ā
